Once processed, your order will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery time for international orders is 6–9 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, package weight, and size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delays & Delivery Responsibility

Pillmory is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, delivery is managed by the carrier. In case of delivery issues, we will assist you in contacting the shipping provider to help resolve the situation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Pillmory is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
